Return and Exchange Policy for Safta Limited
Thank you for shopping at saftabee.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange an item, we are here to assist you.
Return and Exchange Period
You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt of purchase. The item should be undamaged and unused.
Note: Only registered members can return or exchange products within 60 calendar days. Please see our Membership Discounts and Offers for more details.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
